Campground FAQs
Is the campground open year round?
Yes! The campground is open year round. However, the summer season is very busy and we recommend making reservations in advance.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made a year in advance of the day of your arrival.
Do you provide shuttles to the park for campground guests?
Yes! Based on host availability, we are able to shuttle campers during the summer season from the campground store to the Visitor Information Center from the hours of 9 am to 5 pm daily.
Do you allow dogs?
The campground is pet-friendly. We do ask that all dogs remain on leashes and that you do your duty after your pet does theirs. A dog park is located at the campground and is available for use to Kentucky Horse Park campground guests, horse show competitors, and park guests.

๐ด๐ Introducing Keno, our youngest resident and the reigning queen of the Breeds Barn! ๐
This 4-year-old Chestnut Rabicano filly is an Old Kentucky Saddler horse with a big personality and even bigger shoes to fill. Her mom was a beloved resident of the Breeds Barn for seven years, and now Keno is doing her best to follow in her hoofstepsโjust with a little extra flair.
Keno is a DIVA in every sense of the word. Attention is expected. Pampering is mandatory. And her morning mash? Absolutely essentialโฆ but ONLY if Chef Trellie makes it. If anyone else tries, sheโll turn her head and let you know that simply wonโt do ๐
Bold, confident, and already stealing hearts, Keno is carrying on her momโs legacy while making one of her very own.
โจ Young, glamorous, and clearly born for the spotlight.
