Day Groups

Discounted Group Rates

The Kentucky Horse Park offers discounted rates for groups of 15 or more paid park admissions. All groups receive 2 complimentary tickets for the tour guide and bus driver.

Tickets include admission to live shows and equine presentations, the International Museum of the Horse – a Smithsonian Affiliate, and the American Saddlebred Museum. Some shows and/or events may require an additional charge.

Note: We cannot accept groups due to special events on the following dates:
April 26-30, May 7, July 13-16, and July 29

Iron Works Cafรฉ

Iron Works Cafรฉ offers a wide selection of food that is sure to please everyone in your group. Located next to the Visitor Center, it is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Group meals are available by calling Group Sales at 859.259.4225.

Bluegrass Luncheon

The Bluegrass Luncheon is a select menu with group admission in a private dining room, buffet-style lunch setting and is available to groups of 15 or more. Payment is due 10 business days prior to the luncheon date and is based upon the final guaranteed count.


Winter Season

begins November 8, 2023

Our horses spend most of the winter season turned out to their paddocks but take turns visiting Park guests during Stall-Side Chats. Guests can visit the International Museum of the Horse, American Saddlebred Museum, or Wrigley Media Theater to see the short film, Rein of Nobility.

Groups must be pre-booked to receive group rates. To receive discounted group rates, all tickets must be purchased in one transaction. Groups paying separately will be charged full admission prices. Billing is possible with prior approval only, and cannot be arranged upon arrival. Reservations, or cancellations without penalty, must be made one week before visit. Prices and hours are subject to change without notice. The park accepts company checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, travelerโ€™s checks, and cash. For school groups, visit School Groups.
