The August Volunteer of the Month is… DEAN MIDBOE!
Dean is a long-time volunteer of the Kentucky Horse Park, starting back in 2002 with the China Exhibit when the program first began! Dean has volunteered in every capacity at the Park over the years – Museum Docent, Tour Guide, Shuttle Driver, Equine Handler and everything in between. His wife Ruth has also volunteered at the Park for years, making them a KHP Volunteer Program dream team! With over 1,800 hours of service, Dean is known and loved by everyone around the Park, and we are so grateful for his dedication and passion that he shares!
