Kentucky Horse Park Welcomes Chewy Equine as Venue Sponsor

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 16, 2026) – The Kentucky Horse Park, widely known for its world-class equestrian facilities, attraction, and campground, announced today Chewy Equine joins the park as sponsor of the Walnut Ring.

The Kentucky Horse Park welcomes more than 1.7 million equestrians and visitors annually to experience its world-class facilities and attractions, nearly 200 annual events and unique opportunities to connect with the heritage and impact of the horse throughout the 1,200-acre working farm. The continued success of the park is made possible through the generous support of sponsors like Chewy Equine.

Sponsorship provides critical resources that support daily operations, care for the parkโ€™s 75 resident horses and enhance amenities for guests and equestrian competitors. Walnut Ring, sponsored by Chewy Equine, is situated by Rolex Stadium, along the high-traffic Nina Bonnie Boulevard. Walnut Ring is widely used by thousands of competitors in many equestrian disciplines, hosting several annual events including the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI5*, USEF Junior Hunter National Championship, USEA American Eventing Championships, USEF Pony Finals, Pony Club Festival Championships, Split Rock Jumping Tour, Kentucky Horse Shows, the Retired Racehorse Projectโ€™s Thoroughbred Makeover and more.

โ€œWe are thrilled to welcome Chewy Equine to the iconic Kentucky Horse Park as sponsor of the Walnut Ring. Throughout the year, Walnut Ring hosts many prominent equestrian events, and we are proud to welcome Chewy Equine to our amazing family of sponsors,โ€ said Lee Carter, president of the Kentucky Horse Park. โ€œChewy Equine, as the sponsor of Walnut Ring, joins the ranks of other notable venues throughout the park including Rolex Stadium, Alltech Arena, John Deere Show Office, and the Hunter/Jumper Complex sponsored by Zoetis. Chewy Equine is a brand recognized by the equestrian and pet audience, and itโ€™s our pleasure to align with their well-respected organization,โ€ added Carter.

Chewy Equine joins the rank of many equestrian-centric brands that support the park, including the equestrian competitors, spectators, visitors and the herd of 75 resident horses at the park.
