The 2024 KHSAA State Cross Country Championships presented by UK HealthCare will take place on November 2. Over 2000 runners will come to compete for the Class 1A, 2A and 3A championship titles respectively. Following a three-year stint away from the Kentucky Horse Park, the event will return for its second straight year to its home of more than four decades.
