We invite you to pack a lunch and join us Thursday, January 9 at 12:30 PM for a Lunchtime Lecture with Lenny Shulman at the International Museum of the Horse!
Lenny has just completed a 20-year run as Features Editor of Bloodhorse magazine, covering the Thoroughbred industry. He is the author of “Justify: 111 Days to Triple Crown Glory” and “Ride of Their Lives,” which examined the troubled lives of Thoroughbred jockeys.
He won an Emmy Award as a television writer and spent 20 years in Hollywood working as a writer/producer on the hit children’s show “Kids Incorporated” and also wrote for Fox Sports.
Lenny founded the Tucson Times weekly newspaper and began his career as a sports reporter on the Oneida (New York) Daily Dispatch following his graduation from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications.
We are excited to have Lenny kick off his retirement with our monthly Lunchtime Lecture! This is a free event open to the public.
