The MidSouth Eventing and Dressage Association (MSEDA) will be holding their Dressage at the Park I and II, September 6-8, again this year in conjunction with the National Dressage Pony Cup (NDPC), which has an offering of $10,000 in total prize money, as well as the Region 2 Youth Team Competition, all hosted at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. Performance Show I will be on September 6, 2013 and Performance Show II, the MSEDA Championships and the United States Dressage Federation Youth Team Championships will be September 7 - 8, 2013.
In the NDPC, prize money will be offered for each class and by rider classifications for Junior/Pony Club, Adult Amateur, and Open. High Point Awards for rider and breed classifications will be awarded also. A variety of classes are available from introductory walk/trot tests to fourth level and freestyle. Entries are open to any breed or mix of breed pony with a current United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Pony Measurement Card.
This event is a level-three competition and an official qualifying competition for the USDF/Dover AA Medal Program, the 2014 Adequan FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships, the 2014 USEF National Pony Rider Championships, the 2014 Massey Ferguson/USEF National Junior and Young Rider Championships and the 2014 USEF Brentina Cup Championships.
The horses will be dancing for the MSEDA Dressage at the Park, so mark your calendar for this must-see event!
