The $32,000 Hagyard Lexington Classic will be held on Thursday, May 17 as riders try to accumulate valuable points for the Hagyard Leading Rider Bonus. On Saturday, May 19, riders will compete under the lights in the Rolex Stadium during the $75,000 Mary Rena Murphy Grand Prix sponsored by Audi of Lexington.

Lexington, KY - March 30, 2012 - This year, the hunter divisions will be one of the main features during the Kentucky Spring Horse Show Series at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. The highlight events will include the $15,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby held during the Kentucky Spring Horse Show May 9-13, 2012, and the World Champion Hunter Rider week of competition during the Kentucky Spring Classic, scheduled for May 16-20, 2012. Both competitions will also feature a $5,000 Hallway Feeds USHJA National Hunter Derby, the latest addition to the lineup. The Kentucky Spring Horse Shows are hosted by Kentucky Horse Shows, LLC, and will be held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY, which was also the site of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
