Kentucky Dressage Association Shows Will Have Record Number of Rides

DressagebyGayleStrickrootThe KDA Spring Warm-Up Show May 26-27, and the KDA 25th Annual Dressage Show, May 28-29, at the Kentucky Horse Park in the Dressage Complex, will have a record total of 1,092 rides over the four days.

 

There are 31 CDI* horses entered in the CDI* May 27-29. CDI* competitors are competing to qualify for the Pan American Games. They will also have a rider representing Ecuador and another representing Venezuela.

Saturday evening, May 28, 2011 there will be three classes: a Grand Prix class, an FEI Freestyle class, and a First – Fourth Level Freestyle. There will also be a Competitors’ Party.

The public is invited. Watching these horses dancing to music (in the freestyle) is free,  and all the other classes are included with park admission. Dinner will be $15/person, and tickets may be bought at the Pavilion in the Dressage Complex Wednesday-Friday.
