Secretariat Premiere & Silent Auction To Benefit Old Friends!

Theatres of Georgetown announces the premiere of Secretariat, Friday, October 8^th, at 7:00 p.m. In conjunction with the premiere, there will be a Silent Auction Friday – Sunday to benefit Old Friends,

a retirement and rescue facility for pensioned Thoroughbreds. We have tickets donated by the Kentucky Horse Park and items donated by Hockensmith Photographics, Saddle Up, Bon Worth, Clayborne Farms, Starbucks, and much more!

Beginning Friday night at 6:00 p.m., you can buy a "carrot" for $1 to feed the horses; meet and get autographs of local Scott County people that were in the movie; try to stump our Secretariat expert to win a free movie pass; meet some of the local Georgetown candidates; and, on Sunday starting at 12:30 p.m., you can have family photos taken for only $5.00 and all proceeds go to Old Friends as well!
