2013 DAY GROUP ADMISSION RATES

The Kentucky Horse Park offers special discounted rates for groups and tours of 15 or more paid park admissions. Tickets include admission to the International Museum of the Horse, a Smithsonian Affiliate, the American Saddlebred Museum and equine presentations throughout the day. Some shows and/or events may require an additional charge. A cafeteria-style restaurant is available on park grounds.  Group meals are available by calling Group Sales (859) 259-4225.

BLUEGRASS LUNCHEON

The Bluegrass Luncheon is a group program with a private dining room and buffet-style lunch setting specifically geared to the park's group guests.   A menu selection is available that features on-the-go fresh sandwiches to hot dogs and hamburgers to bourbon BBQ glazed chicken and beef brisket, or groups can work with the park to design their own custom menu for a memorable visit. 

The Bluegrass Luncheon is available to groups of 15 or more, ranging from $6.95 to $12.95 per person.  Custom menus prices to be determined with park's food service department.  Payment is due 5 business days prior to the luncheon date and is based upon the final guaranteed count.  Additional guests can be added up to the day of the event - but not to exceed 10% of the guaranteed final count without prior approval of the group sales coordinator.  The park accepts company checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, traveler's checks and cash.

POLICIES

Groups must be pre-booked to receive group rate.  To receive discounted group rates, all tickets must be paid for together in one transaction. Groups paying separately will be charged full admission prices.  Billing is possible with prior approval only, and cannot be arranged upon arrival.  Reservations, or cancellations without penalty, must be made one week before visit.  Prices and hours are subject to change without notice.
